Being a devoted Brit-O-Phile I found your property very inviting, your obvious warmth & genuine gracious hospitality patently obvious. The changes you made have been all for the better! (we Americans do appreciate a more reasonable rate considering we have to double the tariff!) and free WiFi! Music to my ears! Alas, the bears (though i adore my own Aloysius!) would quite off-putting to many...why not have an Adopt a Bear program for the night?...let guests pick a Teddy for their room if they like..otherwise having them in a glass curio cabinet sounds like a lovely option! When next I am in Great Britain I shall make every effort to stay with you for a few days! Thank you again for having such a lovely property and a true experience of gracious English country life! When we visit Bath, we hope to stay with you and HOPE to see the bears! To me, a hotel with bears is priceless and irreplacable, and a hotel without bears is dull, run-of-the-mill, lifeless and unremarlkable.
