"A big thank you to all the people who have left such lovely messages for me over the years, here are just some of the comments you have been kind enough to leave."

Hello Sue. My wife and I watched Hotel Inspector on Saturday and we were very impressed with your hotel. We will plan on staying when we visit England in a few years to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.

Hello Sue! I just watched Hotel Inspector on BBC America and your hotel was made over. You seem like such a kind person and your hotel looks fabulous. The next time I am in Bath, I would love to stay at your hotel. It is so charming! Cheers and many kudos to you!

Sue, just watched your episode on BBC here in the US and as a Brit it brought back happy memories of the best of what Britain has to offer. Your hotel is beautiful and you are a a gracious and charming hostess. I wish you every success in the future, you deserve it.

A Few Suggestions
Cherie from Lomas (12 June 2009)

Hi i have just watched hotel inspector i live in the states and i really enjoyed learning about your hotel. My husband and i will certainly come and stay at your hotel one day. I have joint citizenship with england and the united states. My first love of course is england and like you have a great love for our classical authors' and again like you i love bears. Hope you don't mind but i have a few suggestions : What about converting one of your rooms to "The tedy bear room". You could have copies of A.A. Milne, michael bond and so on bear books in the room as well as some pictures of the author on the walls. This way we as customers could enjoy your collection,as you really do have some lovely bears, i hope they are still not in the attic. Also, in the other rooms i thought you could put some information about the authors you call your rooms. Maybe even add a picture on the wall of the great author. Living in the states i have been surprised that a lot of well travelled american friends and colleagues have not heard of some our famous authors. Also, i thought it would be nice if you could give your leaving clients a paperback copy of a book that the "room author" have written you could even stamp your hotels name and address in the front of the book, you could even sign it. Americans especially would love a free sourvernier . Also, this could be advertisement for your wonderful hotel. Will see you one day, good luck Cherie Lomas
