A Hotel Inspectors Calls!!
Justine Hogan from Poole, Dorset (30 April 2008)

Hi Sue & Team!! First of all congratulations on having such a lovely Hotel! You are indeed one off the nicest & finest Hotels to be shown on Hotel Inspector! Running any Hotel can be & will be stressful & with so many things to organise & sort out, yes you do let a few thing slip etc, but thats natural & par for the course! However in your case my personal opinion is that the only thing I thought Ruth was right on was the prices (they were a bit high) & the conservatory blinds! Where as the Bears were a lovely addition & made the rooms unique! I thought the idea off a Bear house & let the Customers pick one of they wanted too was a great idea but I wouldnt dump the Bears for good. Sue you come accross as a Lady you have class & your breeding shows thru on Tv. You held your own very well! Ruth in comparison is the total opposite & I do like Ruth but the Hotel Inspector should sack their stylist & give Ruth a makeover. Out with the lairy garb & in with some style & fashionable attire! Ruth is very opinionated but she didnt get where she is without slogging her guts out. She is very honest & to the point but if she wasnt then where would any off you be? Shut down?? Too many Hotels are closed down each year so for a Tv show to highlights any problem areas you may have & to advertise your Hotel is good for business & for British Tourism! I would love to come & stay & hopefully it will be before too long. Ive never been to Bath but on the strength off watching this show I will be doing so now. Good luck for the future Sue Regards Justine
